Cross border trade accounts for over half of global GDP. Yet global cross border trade is falling in relative terms. In order to accelerate cross border trade, a number of governments are investigating the use of cross border technologies. These countries include China, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
